Job Description
- Lead and manage all finance functions at the unit level, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Develop, monitor, and control annual budgets (CAPEX & OPEX) to support operational and strategic objectives.
- Oversee cash flow management, financial reporting, and the accuracy of accounting records, including General Ledger and financial reconciliations.
- Monitor revenue, physician compensation, accounts receivable, and daily financial transactions to ensure financial integrity and operational efficiency.
- Prepare financial statements and provide timely financial analysis to support business planning and management decision-making.
- Lead and develop the finance team while driving continuous improvement in financial processes and internal controls.
