Finance Tax Specialist

Responsibilities

1. Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
2. Conducting internal audits.
3. Overseeing tax payments.
4. Preparing budgets for the organization.
5. Monitoring and reporting on accounting inconsistencies
6. Collecting, analyzing and summarizing fiduciary data in the form of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements.
7. Studying and complying with state and federal tax filing requirements to prepare tax filings.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
2. Proficient in Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, and statistical data analysis software.
3. Experience in preparing and filing tax returns, and managing tax-related documents.
4. Familiarity with local tax regulations and compliance requirements.
5. Fluent in Mandarin (verbal/written).
6. Fresh graduates are welcome.
7. Strong knowledge of accounting software and tools
8. Willing be placed in GIIC, Deltamas - Cikarang.
