Lead the end-to-end application process for Tax Holiday incentives in the Special Economic Zone, including documentation preparation, government iaison, approval follow-up, and ongoing compliance maintenance.
Responsible for overall tax management of the factory, including tax filings and accounting treatment for various tax types, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Identify and assess tax risks, support audit reviews, and leverage SEZ tax incentive policies to optimize tax costs.
Maintain tax records and documentation; perform data reconciliation and calculations using Coretax and Excel. Work cross-functionally and liaise with headquarters on finance and tax matters.
Monitor Indonesian tax and fiscal policies, including the impact of GMT, and continuously update professional knowledge.
Requirements :
Indonesian nationality; Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Taxation; holding Brevet A & B certification.
At least 3 years of tax experience in Indonesia, with at least 1 year of Tax Holiday application experience; familiar with import taxation.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and PSAK, proficient in operating OSS, e-Faktur, and Coretax systems; with strong capabilities in government liaison, risk control, and problem-solving.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments
