Finance Talent Pool - East Java

We're looking for an Assistant Manager – Finance to support financial planning, reporting, analysis, and regulatory compliance within our BPR business. You'll work closely with Finance and cross-functional teams, as well as regulatory authorities, to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and sound business decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Analyze financial performance, revenue, costs, cash flow, and profitability.
• Monitor financial transactions, reconciliation, and internal controls.
• Support financial and regulatory reporting in accordance with applicable requirements.
• Coordinate with OJK, Bank Indonesia (BI), and other relevant regulatory bodies regarding financial and reporting matters.
• Ensure financial activities and reports comply with applicable OJK and BI regulations.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decisions.
• Coordinate with Finance and other departments on financial and regulatory matters.
• Support internal and external audits, regulatory reviews, and finance-related projects.
• Support team management and supervise finance-related activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking, Business, or related fields.
• 2–5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Banking, BPR, Fintech, or Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with OJK and BI regulations/reporting is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel/spreadsheets and financial data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Experience in a supervisory or team coordination role is preferred.
