Job Description :
- System management:Maintain and optimize financial software, perform system administration, handle daily change requests, bugs, and user inquiries.
- Data management:Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data, support data reconciliation across platforms, and assist with data migration processes.
- Reporting and analysis:Generate financial reports to meet management requirements, analyze financial data, and support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Automation and data analysis:Develop automation in reporting and reconciliation processes, leverage data analysis tools to improve operational efficiency, and provide data-driven insights to support business decision-making.
- Project support:Participate in implementing new software, system upgrades, and financial system rollouts, from requirements gathering through user training and go-live.
- Cross-departmental collaboration:Work with finance, accounting, IT, and other departments to resolve issues, implement process improvements, and provide internal consultation.
Required Skills and Qualifications (Must-Have):
- Education:Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Accounting, IT, or a related field combining accounting and information technology expertise.
- Experience:Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience in a role relevant to financial data analysis or reporting.
- Technical skills:Proficiency in financial software systems such as SAP HANA/FICO or comparable enterprise financial management platforms.
- Microsoft Excel:Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced features such as Pivot Tables, Power Query, and other data analysis tools.
- Data visualization:Experienced with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar platforms for creating dashboards and visual reports.
- SQL:Possess foundational knowledge of SQL for extracting, processing, and analyzing data from databases.
- Analytical capabilities:Strong analytical skills, proficiency in problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail in all work activities.
- Effective communication:Able to communicate financial analysis findings and reports clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Web application development:Understanding of basic concepts and architecture of web application development, enabling better communication with development teams.
- English language:Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to support communication and technical documentation.
