Role Description

As a Finance Supervisor at Maxindo Jaya, you will oversee the company's financial operations and manage the preparation of financial statements and reports to ensure accurate and timely record-keeping. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bandung, where you will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, overseeing audits, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Additionally, you will supervise and guide the finance team, monitoring their performance and providing financial insights to assist decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in financial performance evaluation
• Expertise in Finance and Accounting principles and practices
• Experience with Auditing processes and procedures
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Team leadership and effective communication skills, building team
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
• Proficiency with relevant financial software and tools
