Tarumanagara University (UNTAR) is looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated professional to join our team as a Finance Staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily financial and accounting administrative processes
• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and supporting documents accurately
• Support budgeting, financial reconciliation, and reporting activities
• Assist in taxation administration and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
• Perform accounting processes related to the full accounting cycle
• Input and manage financial data using accounting software and internal systems
• Coordinate with related units to ensure smooth financial operations and documentation
• Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness in all financial processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.50
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Finance professional
• Understanding of taxation, budgeting, and the full accounting cycle
• Experienced in using accounting software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Honest, detail-oriented, meticulous, organized, and efficient in handling work
• Possess strong work ethics and responsibility
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Able to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively
