Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Prepare and process payments to vendors and contractors in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Execute daily banking transactions, including fund transfers, deposits, and other banking activities.
  • Generate and print installment payment receipts for customers.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash and bank balance reports.
  • Create and maintain customer master data in the system.
  • Generate and print Sales and Purchase Agreements (SP) and Sale and Purchase Binding Agreements (PPJB).
  • Generate and issue warning letters to customers in accordance with company procedures.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, treasury, accounts receivable, or a related role.
  • Familiarity with banking transactions, payment processing, and cash management.
  • Understanding of financial administration and documentation processes.
  • Experience in preparing financial reports and maintaining accurate records.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Experience with accounting systems is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
  • Willing to be placed in Samarinda.
