Job Description

Placement: Clubhouse Brand

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable and receivable processing
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial data collection
  • Monitor cash flow and support financial forecasting activities
  • Assist with internal audits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
