Role Description The Finance Staff role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gianyar. The role involves managing day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining accurate ledgers, and supporting budgeting activities. The Finance Staff will prepare and review financial reports, assist with financial planning, and help ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations. Responsibilities include monitoring expenses and revenues, supporting cash flow management, and providing analytical insights to assist leadership in decision-making. The role also requires regular coordination with other departments, vendors, and external partners to address financial inquiries and support smooth operational workflows.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Finance and Financial Planning skills to support budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial management.
  • Candidates should possess solid Financial Reporting skills, including preparing and reviewing statements, summaries, and reconciliations.
  • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field are beneficial.
  • Experience with accounting software and spreadsheet tools, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills are preferred.
  • Familiarity with local financial regulations and compliance practices in Indonesia is an advantage.
  • Interest in wellness, yoga, or community-focused organizations is a plus.
