Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in a Finance Staff, Senior Finance Staff, or similar role.
• Experience in F&B, hospitality, lifestyle, retail, or entertainment is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing tax compliance and reporting, including PPh, PPN, and corporate tax.
• Experienced in financial reporting, including preparation and analysis of financial statements and cash flow reports.
• Experienced in budgeting, budget monitoring, and financial planning.
• Strong understanding of vendor payments, reimbursement, petty cash, cash advance, and financial transaction recording.
• Experienced in bank reconciliation and managing financial transactions across multiple outlets or business units.
• Able to review and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial documents, including invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work accurately under deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with Operations, Purchasing, HR, and external vendors.
• High level of integrity and ability to maintain the confidentiality of financial and business information.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and managing finance-related activities across multiple brands or outlets.
