Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Batam for a Finance Specialist. The Finance Specialist will be responsible for managing financial transactions, analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The individual will also collaborate with teams to facilitate financial decision-making, monitor budgets, and manage other finance-related tasks to support operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Finance, Accounting, and Financial Statements
• Strong Analytical Skills for financial data interpretation and problem-solving
• Excellent Communication skills to convey financial details effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Experience in financial operations or accounting roles is an advantage
• Knowledge of IFRS or local financial regulations is a plus
