Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Finance Professional who will be responsible for managing end-to-end financial functions for the Indonesia entity, including financial reporting, taxation, and cost control, ensuring compliance with local regulations and supporting business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Operations
- Manage daily financial activities (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger).
- Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial reports.
- Perform regular bank and account reconciliations.
2. Tax & Compliance
- Handle all tax-related matters (VAT, Withholding Tax, etc.) in compliance with Indonesian regulations.
- Coordinate with tax consultants and external auditors.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local statutory requirements.
3. Cost Accounting
- Conduct cost analysis and monitor budget utilization.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
- Prepare cost reports for management review.
4. Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow and maintain financial stability.
5. Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams and regional stakeholders (including HQ, if applicable).
- Support audit processes and group reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Finance/Accounting.
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Must be fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Taxation, Cost Accounting, and Financial Reporting
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently.
- Capable of handling end-to-end financial processes.
