About the job Finance Prroject Controller (Mandarin Speaker)
Manage and control the financial aspects throughout the lifecycle of supply chain projects.
Monitor and analyze project revenue, costs, gross profit, and net profit, and prepare regular financial performance reports.
Identify abnormal costs, gross profit variances, and potential financial or operational risks, and provide improvement recommendations.
Maintain and monitor accounts receivable and payable based on project contracts, including aging analysis and collection/payment tracking.
Perform customer and supplier reconciliation and ensure outstanding balances are properly followed up.
Support monthly closing and project closing processes to ensure financial data is accurate, complete, and reliable.
Collaborate closely with Business, Operations, Procurement, and clients to resolve financial, reconciliation, collection, and payment issues in a timely manner.
Ensure project financial transactions and records comply with internal policies and established financial controls.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project finance, accounts receivable/payable, reconciliation, fund management, or financial control.
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or project finance is highly preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Able to independently handle reconciliation with customers and suppliers.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP systems.
Willing to travel and work on-site at project locations when required.
