Finance Project Transformation

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management

• Act as the Finance representative and key business counterpart for the finance transformation project, ensuring alignment across Finance, Commercial & Marketing, and Technology Team.
• Own and maintain the Finance Project workstream, including project plan, milestone tracking, and stakeholder updates across all phases. Establish the working rhythm: progress-meeting cadence, issue resolutions, and cross-functional alignment.
• Prepare Finance-related progress updates, key decisions, risks, and recommendations for Steering Committee meetings.

Finance Business Process & Solution Design

• Conduct pain point assessments, lead design workshops, coordinate testing and migration processes, and ensure the successful launch of the new commercial and marketing spend tools and any related impacted systems
• Ensure business requirements are well-documented, validated with users, and translated clearly into solution design
• Own User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenarios, coordinate business users, and sign off on readiness
• Lead change management and user adoption efforts across Commercial, Marketing, and Finance teams
• Ensure the future-state solution complies with statutory and tax requirements and addresses risk control requirements

Requirements:

• Experience 6–10 years of total experience, with at least 3–4 years in a role related to commercial or marketing finance
• Demonstrated experience managing a multi-stakeholder project or system implementation — preferably in the consumer goods industry
• Hands-on familiarity with trade fund management, marketing budget planning, or commercial spend processes
• Experience working with SAP ERP systems and customer/vendor claim management processes is an advantage
