Job Description
Reports To: Finance Director — Head Office
Employment Type: Fixed-Term / PKWT (6 months)
Direct Reports: None at outset; however, the role leads and coordinates cross-functional project teams
Key Interfaces: Finance, Management Control, Human Resources, Regulatory, external consultants/legal counsel, and Lactalis Regional/Group teams
Role Purpose:
The role is responsible for leading and coordinating key strategic and cross-functional projects across Lactalis Indonesia, ensuring projects are delivered effectively, on time, within agreed scope and in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
The key initial priorities and focus areas of the role are as follows:
- Lead and coordinate the establishment and operational readiness of a new legal entity under Lactalis Indonesia, working closely with Finance, Management Control, HR, Regulatory, and other relevant functions.
- Successfully set up and operationalize a new business entity, ensuring full legal, tax, and financial compliance.
- Bridge the gap between corporate strategy and financial execution, managing cross-functional stakeholders to deliver the expansion project on time and within budget.
- Support business integration, transformation, process improvement, and other strategic initiatives by the Finance Director and Leadership Team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree or professional qualification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CA) is an advantage.
- Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in legal entity setup, business establishment, or corporate structuring, preferably within a multinational or regional organization.
- Hands-on experience in financial compliance, tax, and regulatory matters in Indonesia.
- Prior exposure to cross-functional project management and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience working within or alongside FMCG, dairy, or food & beverage industries is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian legal, tax, and financial regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, management control, and budgeting processes.
- Solid knowledge of corporate governance, entity structuring, and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
