Finance Planning & Analyst Intern

Job Description

• Prepare daily sales reports, including sales vs. budget, forecasts, and comparisons with the previous month
• Assist in monthly financial reporting by collecting system data and preparing working files
• Collect and consolidate financial data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Track KPIs and business performance metrics on a monthly basis
• Support cost analysis by business unit and chart of accounts
• Maintain documentation for reporting data and related processes
• Support budgeting processes, including the preparation of workbooks and presentation materials

Job Requirements

• Final-year student in D3/S1 Accounting with no remaining classroom attendance required or fresh graduate
• Basic understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and Google Workspace is an advantage
• Willing to commit for 1 year internship program would be a plus
