Job Description


  • Supervise and manage day-to-day reconciliations.
  • Conducting investigations into disputes between parties and analyzing evidence to determine the root cause of the dispute.
  • Partner closely with Third Parties (Visa, BI-Fast, Rintis, Bersama & etc), Customer Care Center and Risk Team to resolve the disputes in a quality and timely manner.
  • Responsible for timely completion of reconciliation of all assigned projects as per defined timelines.
  • Develop understanding of related processes and inter-dependability between teams, have broad understanding of underlying data structures.
  • Manage team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure a highly motivated and capable workforce.


  • Candidate must possess minimum bachelor's degree in Finance, Management, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in reconciliation, more understanding to Visa transactions and Card Management System will be a significant plus
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of legal principles and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to work in fast pace and dynamic environment
