Job Description

Conduct daily reconciliation of VA and Convenience store transactions.
Work with internal teams and external partners to resolve reconciliation discrepancies, transaction anomalies, settlement issues, or other issues that will impact/have impacted the user's experience.
Maintain SLA/timetable of reconciliation tasks, daily update transaction data.
Participate in weekly alignment to discuss problems and solutions in the running week.
Suggest initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the day-to-day operation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (familiar with VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, and other essential formulas).
Strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working with numbers and reconciliation processes.
Have no issue with repetitive work.
Basic understanding of fund operations or joint financing is a plus.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Basic English proficiency (written and spoken).
Eager to learn, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced operational environment.
Fresh graduates with a strong interest in financial operations are welcome to apply. Candidates with relevant experience in fintech or banking will have an advantage.
