Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities
- Analyze Finance Operations performance, including cash flow, AP/AR aging, collection effectiveness, reconciliation, treasury positioning, and intercompany balances, to identify improvement opportunities.
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate financial, operational, payment infrastructure, and fraud risks across multi-industry finance operations to ensure business continuity and compliance.
- Prepare and review working capital, loan exposure, and operational finance reports to provide strategic insights and recommendations for management decision-making.
- Oversee AP validation, AR collection coordination, and daily treasury positioning to maintain healthy working capital and cash flow liquidity.
- Review and approve significant payment transactions and resolve complex operational finance issues while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Monitor key Finance Operations controls, including collection, payment governance, reconciliation, corporate card, payment infrastructure, and intercompany activities, to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
Does it match your criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or Fiscal Administration.
- 4–5 years of experience in Finance Operations with 2–3 years in a leadership role.
- Proficient in Financial Reporting, Cash Management, ERP Systems (SAP), and Collection Management.
- Experience in handling multiple entities will be a plus point.
