Lead payment operations, managing a mid-size team.
Act as PIC for complex reconciliation and settlement issues, driving root cause analysis and resolution.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to resolve reconciliation gaps and improve processes and controls.
Oversee fund movements, bank balances, and ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.
Work closely with local and regional finance teams to align on reconciliation and reporting.
Maintain relationships with banking partners to support daily operations.
Monitor key metrics (e.g. reconciliation breaks) and drive continuous improvements.
Strengthen processes, controls, and documentation for audit and scalability.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economy, Accounting, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in payment operations, finance operations, treasury, or reconciliation roles; candidates from Big 4 audit firms with relevant exposure are also welcome.
Strong understanding of fund flows, bank operations, and reconciliation processes.
Proven ability to handle complex issues and work across teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Comfortable leading teams and managing stakeholders across functions.
Proactive, hands-on, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
