  • Lead payment operations, managing a mid-size team.
  • Act as PIC for complex reconciliation and settlement issues, driving root cause analysis and resolution.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to resolve reconciliation gaps and improve processes and controls.
  • Oversee fund movements, bank balances, and ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.
  • Work closely with local and regional finance teams to align on reconciliation and reporting.
  • Maintain relationships with banking partners to support daily operations.
  • Monitor key metrics (e.g. reconciliation breaks) and drive continuous improvements.
  • Strengthen processes, controls, and documentation for audit and scalability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economy, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in payment operations, finance operations, treasury, or reconciliation roles; candidates from Big 4 audit firms with relevant exposure are also welcome.
  • Strong understanding of fund flows, bank operations, and reconciliation processes.
  • Proven ability to handle complex issues and work across teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Comfortable leading teams and managing stakeholders across functions.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
