What are we looking for
The business focuses on digital media, and strategy & we are presently offering several internship opportunities to talented individuals in our Delhi office. This is a three-month internship, but successful candidates must be able to assume a full-time role if offered post-internship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Finance Ops team to perform reconciliations for existing active clients and ensure accuracy and timely billing of all items.
- Organize and keep track of invoices across partners monthly.
- Solve invoice related queries from accounts payable.
- Perform other Adhoc duties as needed.
Requirements:
- An exceptional eye for detail
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, most notably Microsoft Excel
- Great communication skills.
- Organized, with a strong attention to detail and capable of handling projects simultaneously.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of digital channels (social, programmatic, search, mobile etc.) and reconciliations would be an added advantage.
- Must be able to think on one's feet and take an idea from concept to completion.
