Finance Operations Intern

About the role

You keep money moving in and out on time: chasing what clients owe, paying what we owe, and keeping the finance team's tools running.

What you'll do

• Accounts receivable: issue invoices, track due dates, follow up with clients, record payments
• Accounts payable: check vendor bills, prepare payment lists, record payments
• Keep the AR and AP trackers up to date every day
• Maintain the finance tools: spreadsheets, forms, dashboards and automations
• Spot a broken formula, a missing entry or a manual step that could be automated, and fix it
• Help the team with data pulls and reports when asked

What we're looking for

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or a related field
• Strong in Excel or Google Sheets
• Interested in tools and automation (Apps Script, AI tools or any scripting is a plus)
• Clear and polite in writing: you'll email clients and vendors
• Organised: you can track many small items without dropping one
