Finance Operations Executive

About the Role:

• Process payments, receipts, and transfers with a high degree of accuracy.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing cash flows through digital platforms.
• Resolve discrepancies in transaction reports in a timely manner.
• Prepare daily reports on transaction status and account balances for management.
• Identify and report anomalies or suspicious transactions.
• Manage financial documentation and ensure data security.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial operations within the financial services or banking industry.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and reconciliation.
• Detail-oriented, meticulous, and efficient in handling administrative tasks.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
