Job Description

Responsibilities

Organize and maintain client's contracts
Manage client's rebate (create, maintenance, and reminders for upcoming expiration of rebate lists)
Support the formulation and implementation of control systems within the organization
Work with the company's finance team to create internal controls and policies
Responsible for analyzing the data required for operation work
Responsible for the preparing business reports, providing data for business departments, and monitoring business activities timely

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or related major
Proficient in microsoft excel is a must
Proficient in master data analysis tools
Ability to understand business processes
Interest with analytical and processing data
Fluent in Mandarin is mandatory
