Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities
- Check all transactions to identify and validate taxes based on tax regulations, ensuring tax compliance.
- Journalize account payable transactions accurately and in accordance with SOPs or regulations.
- Confirm users or vendors receive relevant payment information, acting as the point of contact for inquiries.
- Foster positive relations and collaboration with internal and external parties to achieve efficient procurement operations.
- Upload single or bulk payments to internet banking accurately to maintain payment appropriateness and accuracy.
- Conduct bank reconciliation to verify data accuracy in the responsible domain.
- Generate tax and accounts payable reports for evaluation purposes as required.
- Handle all administrative requirements related to recording accounts payable transactions and their taxes to ensure operational excellence.
Does it match your criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- 1 years of experience in the Finance field; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Proficient understanding of accounts payable and tax.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Finance Reporting.
- Experience with SAP Software (Finance).
- Knowledgeable in Tax Management
