Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage all financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws.
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
Monitor cash flow and manage company investments.
Oversee the company's financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, and tax payments.
Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies.
Conduct financial analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and revenue growth.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in the mining industry.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and laws.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Fluent in English and Indonesian.
