Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
  • Monitor cash flow and manage company investments.
  • Oversee the company's financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, and tax payments.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and revenue growth.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in the mining industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and laws.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian.
