Hi everyone! Im currently hiring for an Finance Mandarin Speaker for our client in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), for placement in Lippo Cikarang.

Job Description :

- Manage and record the company's financial transactions, including income and expenses.

- Process vendor payments and monitor customer accounts receivable.

- Prepare transaction summaries and periodic financial reports.

- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of transaction records.

- Review and maintain invoices, receipts, proof of payment, and other financial documents.

- Assist in budget preparation and monitor the company's cash flow.

- Ensure all financial transactions comply with company procedures and policies.

- Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth financial and administrative processes.

Requirements :

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance, Tax, and Accounting.

- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

- Able to communicate in Mandarin.

- Detail-oriented, accurate, and reliable.

- Familiar with Indonesian tax regulations, including Income Tax (PPh) and Value Added Tax (VAT/PPN), as well as Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK).
