Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in Financial Controller, Finance Accounting, Cost Accounting roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with Microsoft Access is a plus.
- Solid understanding of PSAK (Indonesian GAAP), with exposure to international accounting standards (US GAAP, IFRS).
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to link operational drivers to financial performance.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, challenge, and communicate effectively with non-finance stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities:
- Accounting & Month-End Closing: Ensure accurate day-to-day accounting including revenue recognition, cost booking, accruals, and provisions, and deliver timely month-end closing in compliance with ISS policies and PSAK/IFRS.
- Financial Control & Compliance: Review site P&L and balance sheet movements, monitor unbilled revenue, WIP, AR aging, and accrual accuracy, and support tax, statutory, and audit requirements.
- Finance Process Setup & Improvement: Establish and standardize finance processes (billing, accruals, cost tracking, revenue recognition), develop SOPs with Operations, and drive continuous improvement in data quality and efficiency. budgeting,
- Forecasting & Performance Review Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts, perform monthly variance analysis, identify financial risks and margin leakage, and ensure alignment between financial results and operational drivers.
- Finance Business Partnering & Decision Support Partner with Operations and Commercial teams by translating manpower, productivity, overtime, pricing, and contract changes into financial impact, and provide actionable insights to support margin and cash delivery.
