Lead and oversee the company's overall finance and accounting operations.
Manage cash flow, budgeting, financial planning, and financial control.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, payments, receipts, and reconciliations.
Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including monitoring outstanding balances and payments.
Prepare and analyze periodic financial reports for management.
Monitor budget vs. actual performance and provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
Ensure all financial processes and transactions comply with company policies, SOPs, and applicable regulations.
Oversee payroll processing in coordination with the HR team and ensure payroll data is accurate.
Maintain proper financial documentation and ensure all transactions are supported by complete documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, banks, auditors, consultants, and other external parties on finance-related matters.
Identify financial risks and recommend improvements to strengthen financial controls and operational efficiency.
Lead, develop, and evaluate the performance of the finance team.
Requirements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, with prior experience as a Finance Manager, Accounting Manager, or equivalent managerial position preferred.
Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, AP/AR, reconciliation, and financial analysis.
Good knowledge of accounting principles and Indonesian taxation.
Proficient in Google Sheets and accounting or financial management systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Able to prepare financial reports and communicate financial insights effectively to management.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Able to work independently and effectively lead a team.
High integrity, accountability, and ability to maintain the confidentiality of financial information.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing multi-branch or multi-unit finance operations.
Familiarity with HRIS, accounting software, and financial reporting systems.
Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and internal financial controls.
