Finance Manager

We are looking for a Finance Manager who will be responsible for Financial Accounting, Taxation and Financial control across all entities.

The Finance Manager will be someone who can work with limited supervision and who keeps abreast of industry trends and best practices. The Finance Manager must be a proactive team player and ready to help in a variety of areas, even those outside the original scope of responsibilities.

The responsibilities of this role include:

• Drive Monthly and Yearly closure of Books of Accounts ensuring adherence to relevant Accounting Standards
• Review / Preparation of Financials basis I-GAAP and IFRS / Ind - AS
• Dealing and Coordination with Auditors and ensuring Timely completion of Audits
• Ensuring establishing and compliance with company internal financial control procedures and standards
• Taxation Compliances– Direct and Indirect including TDS , GST compliances and filing of returns and managing tax assessments / appeals
• Oversee FEMA compliances wherever applicable
• Review and monitoring of secretarial compliances
• Cash Flow Analysis and Projections
• Leading Cost optimization initiatives
• Managing Financial planning and Budgeting exercise as core team member
• Hands on experience on Accounting Software and ERPs like Tally, Zoho, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics

Desired Skills and Experience

We seek a motivated, efficient and detail orientated individual to join our team. The ideal candidate should have the following skills and characteristics:

• Preferably a Chartered Accountant with 5 to 10 years Post-Qualification experience
• Fluency in English
• Exceptional multi-tasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Committed to maintaining high quality standards and meeting deadlines under pressure
• High problem solving and analytical skills
