We are currently search for a
Head of Finance, to be based at their South Tangerang office.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop group financial strategies and policies in alignment with the Board of Directors directives.
- Supervise the preparation of the group's consolidated financial statements in accordance with financial standards.
- Ensure the implementation of the Group Financial Reporting Template across all subsidiaries.
- Oversee budget planning, cash flow projections, and financial performance analysis.
- Monitor the group's tax compliance and provide advisory support for strategic transactions.
- Manage treasury functions, including liquidity, financing, investment, and financial risk management.
- Provide financial analysis to support investment decisions and business strategies.
- Maintain relationships with external auditors, regulators, and financial partners.
- Lead the Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Treasury teams to achieve organizational targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Financial Management.
- Minimum 5 years in finance, accounting, tax, and treasury.
- At least 5 years in managerial or senior leadership roles.
- Experience in the same industry or business line is required.
- Proven ability to consolidate financial statements across entities and manage intercompany cash flows.
- Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and implement short- and long-term financial strategies.
- Tax Planning & Compliance: Ensure group-wide tax compliance, implement tax efficiency strategies, and handle tax audits.
- Treasury & Cash Management: Manage liquidity, funding, investments, and maintain relationships with financial institutions.
- Financial Analysis & Decision Making: Analyze financial situations and provide accurate, data-driven business recommendations.
- Fluent in English, required for external communication with banks, auditors, and investors
