Finance Manager

We are looking for an experienced finance professional to lead financial reporting, tax compliance, cash flow management, regulatory coordination, and audit processes within a fast-growing fintech environment.

Requirement

1. Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Tax, preferably in financial services (P2P, e-money, payment gateway, banking)
2. Prior experience in a Big 4 accounting firm is highly preferred
3. Experience coordinating directly with regulators (OJK / Bank Indonesia) for audits or inspections
4. Experience managing bank API connectivity and maintaining banking relationships
5. Fluent in English
6. Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1)

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for preparing and presenting internal and external financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
2. Coordinate with regulators such as Financial Services Authority / Bank Indonesia in responding to inquiries and providing required data.
3. Develop, implement, and optimize finance policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
4. Manage company cash flow and liquidity, including oversight of payments and fund receipts
5. Lead the annual audit process and coordinate with internal and external auditor
6. Develop and maintain the company's internal control system
7. Act as the main liaison between headquarters and the Indonesia entity for finance-related matters
8. Ensure tax compliance and execute effective tax planning strategies
9. Conduct financial performance analysis and provide strategic insights to management
10. Lead, develop, and manage the Finance, Accounting, and Tax team
11. Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure smooth communication and operational alignment.
