About Us

PT Prambors Group Indonesia (PGI) operates a network of seven radio stations, including Prambors, one of Indonesia's most iconic youth radio brands. Following a recent change in ownership, PGI is entering a new chapter of growth: modernizing operations, building new digital revenue streams, and strengthening how we run the business across every station. We're looking for a Finance Manager to build and lead a finance function that's ready for that next stage.

The Role

You'll own the financial backbone of a multi-entity media group. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll set up the processes, controls, and reporting that management relies on, while keeping day-to-day finance running smoothly across all stations.

What You'll Do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing across all PGI entities, including consolidated financial statements
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning for the group and each station
• Deliver clear management reports and KPIs (revenue by station and channel, cost per station, margin, receivables aging) to directors and commissioners
• Manage tax compliance end to end: PPh 21, 23, 4(2), PPN, and corporate income tax, including filings and audits
• Oversee payroll processing and BPJS compliance in coordination with HR
• Strengthen internal controls, approval flows, and SOPs for spending, procurement, and collections
• Manage advertising receivables and drive collection discipline with the commercial team
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and legal advisors
• Partner with the IT and Operations team on implementing and improving our ERP and finance systems
• Support strategic initiatives such as new business lines, partnerships, and post-acquisition integration with financial analysis and modeling
• Build, coach, and lead the finance and accounting team

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, CA, or Brevet A/B is a strong plus
• 4+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Solid command of PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations
• Experience with multi-entity consolidation
• Hands-on experience with accounting software or ERP systems
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience in media, broadcasting, advertising, or a post-acquisition or transformation environment is a big plus
• Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable building processes from scratch
• Clear communicator in Bahasa Indonesia and English, able to explain numbers to non-finance stakeholders
