Job Role
The Finance Manager will serve as the primary financial lead responsible for building, managing, and optimizing financial operations within a fast-growing, project-driven business environment. This role combines strategic financial advisory responsibilities with hands-on operational finance execution to ensure healthy project profitability, efficient cash flow management, and sustainable business growth.
In addition to overseeing project-based financial operations, the position will also support management on broader international financial structures, including offshore entities, dividend strategies, intercompany transactions, and cross-border capital management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize project-related cash flow cycles with weekly forecasting and proactive financial planning.
- Build and manage detailed project-based and phase-based P&L structures.
- Monitor budgets, conduct cost analysis, and review or approve operational expenses and payments.
- Develop and improve financial systems, structures, and operational processes from the ground up.
- Prepare financial reports and dashboards for management and international investors.
- Oversee invoicing, bookkeeping, payment cycles, and coordination with external accountants and tax advisors.
- Identify financial risks proactively and recommend strategic solutions.
- Support management regarding international financial structures and offshore entities.
- Manage dividend distributions, equity payouts, and intercompany fund transfers across jurisdictions.
- Coordinate with external advisors regarding international tax structures and financial optimization strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines.
- 7–10 years of experience in Finance roles within Real Estate, Hospitality, Property Development, or related industries.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading Finance functions in project-based businesses.
- Experience handling international financial structures and offshore entities.
- Strong expertise in cash flow management, P&L management, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and improve financial structures independently.
- Familiarity with offshore financial regulations, holding company structures, cross-border banking, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience managing dividend structures, withholding taxes, equity distributions, and multinational liquidity management.
- Strong advisory capability with confidence to work directly with international stakeholders and decision makers.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
- Professional fluency in English, both written and verbal.
