Finance Manager (Mandarin Speaking)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily accounting activities, including AP, AR, and General Ledger.
• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with applicable accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS).
• Able to use Finance Software such as MAS.
• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes in a timely manner.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit processes.
• Develop, implement, and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Support management with financial analysis and decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3–5 years in a Managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written); ability to communicate professionally in English.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with multinational or Chinese-owned companies is a strong advantage.
