Position:Finance Manager
Location: Cyber 2 Tower, Jakarta
Reports to: Finance Director, Shanghai HQ
Job Overview
This role acts as the finance PIC for 1–2 OJK licensed legal entities, fully owning their accounting, reporting and tax work. Meanwhile, the role provides group-wide support across all entities, focusing on month-end closing validation and daily financial alignment & communication with China HQ. This position reports directly to HQ Finance Leader.
Key Responsibilities
1、Serve as the dedicated finance PIC for 1 to 2 OJK-licensed subsidiaries, take full ownership of end-to-end accounting, financial reporting and tax compliance functions for these entities.
2、Support group-wide month-end closing validation covering all legal entities; unify closing standards, verify data accuracy, resolve closing discrepancies and synchronize progress & issues with HQ regularly.
3、Assist in establishing and executing local financial processes in line with PSAK, DJP tax regulations and OJK supervision rules; optimize daily accounting & reporting workflows, identify routine financial risks and coordinate with business teams for financial support.
4、Support internal and external financial coordination: liaise with local tax offices, external auditors and banks for assigned entities; assist with routine tax filing and annual tax planning to ensure full regulatory compliance.
5、Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as well as operational analysis reports for the group and assigned subsidiaries; submit standardized financial data to HQ and propose practical operational optimization suggestions.
6、Assist daily management of the finance team, allocate operation-oriented work, and support financial system iteration to improve closing and reporting efficiency.
7、Participate in daily financial reviews and provide frontline financial data analysis to back up routine business decisions, supporting the achievement of Indonesia's group financial targets.
Requirements
Core Experience Requirements (Meet any one direction)
Direction 1: Practical financial management experience at Indonesian Multifinance, Consumer Finance or fintech companies; familiar with online finance control logic if working in multifinance, with solid hands-on experience in entity-level accounting, tax, reporting and group month-end closing coordination.
Direction 2: Financial operation experience at digital banking platforms (SeaMoney, Neo Bank and equivalent institutions); proficient in full-cycle accounting, tax compliance and cross-entity consolidated reporting coordination.
Basic Requirements
1、Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related majors; holders of Brevet A/B, CPA, ACCA are preferred.
2、Language: Fluent working English for smooth written and verbal communication with HQ; Mandarin capability is a plus.
3、Professional Capabilities: Master Indonesian local accounting standards, DJP tax policies and OJK compliance requirements; able to independently take charge of full accounting, reporting and tax work for licensed entities, plus group-wide closing validation and HQ alignment. Experience coordinating small finance teams is required.
4、Personal Traits: Rigorous, responsible and high professional ethics; capable of handling heavy workload during month-end closing, adapt to Indonesia's local working environment and recognize company culture.
