Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
- Ensure accurate accounting records and timely financial close.
- Monitor company financial performance and provide business insights.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain effective internal controls and support audit activities.
- Oversee tax planning, filing, and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Coordinate internal and external audit processes and follow up on audit findings.
- Partner with business leaders on financial planning and cost optimization.
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management.
- Lead, develop, and supervise the finance and accounting team.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of finance and accounting experience, including 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, treasury, and internal controls.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang area.
