Finance Manager

We're looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team and support our growing mining business. This role is ideal for finance professional with a strong background in manufacturing accounting, financial reporting, and team leadership.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end closing process and ensure the accuracy of financial statements.
• Review and approve accounting transactions within the company's financial shared system.
• Prepare, analyze, and consolidate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with the business to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making for mining projects.
• Lead and develop the accounting team to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in finance and accounting within a large manufacturing company.
• Proven experience leading and managing a finance/accounting team of at least 3 members.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, month-end closing, and accounting operations.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Big 4 experience and/or CPA/ACCA certification will be an advantage.
