Finance Manager

Job Description:

• Oversee Financial Operations: Manage all financial activities, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with regulations.
• Internal Controls and Compliance: Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Tax Management: Oversee tax planning, compliance, and filing to minimize tax liabilities.
• Audit Coordination: Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Strategic Financial Planning: Collaborate with the management to develop and implement financial strategies and budgets.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years in financial & Accounting roles, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in accounting software, ERP, and MS/Google Office Suite.
• Language: English proficiency is a plus.
