Role Summary:
Bidmath is a global digital media and data-driven marketing company with expertise in programmatic advertising, commerce media, AI-driven optimization, and social media innovation. With offices across Asia-Pacific and Europe, we help brands grow by combining advanced technology, strategy, and creative excellence. BIDMATH is hiring a Finance Manager to own day-to-day financial operations, reporting, compliance, and cash management. You will ensure clean books, strong controls, timely closes, and decision-ready reporting for leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting and Close
- Manage monthly/quarterly/year-end close with accurate reconciliation and schedules
- Prepare management reports: P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, variance analysis
- Build and maintain financial dashboards and performance summaries
Accounting and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Coordinate tax filings (VAT, WHT, CIT) and support audits and statutory reporting
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and relevant authorities when required
Budgeting and Planning
- Support annual budgeting and rolling forecasts
- Track budget vs actuals and propose corrective actions
- Assist leadership with pricing, profitability, and cost optimization analysis
Cash Flow and Treasury
- Own cash flow planning, working capital management, and payment cycles
- Monitor receivables and payables, improve collections, and manage vendor payments
- Maintain banking relationships and ensure sufficient liquidity
Controls and Process Improvement
- Implement controls for approvals, expenses, and procurement processes
- Maintain documentation for finance SOPs and improve automation and tooling
- Support finance ops improvements across invoicing, payroll coordination, and expense management
Requirements:
- 4 to 5 years of experience in finance/accounting roles, with ownership of reporting and close
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax and compliance (VAT, WHT, CIT)
- Hands-on with accounting systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, financial models, reconciliations)
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and handling ambiguity
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and stakeholder communication
Preferred (Nice to have)
- Experience in digital advertising, AdTech, SaaS, or tech services companies
- Familiarity with intercompany accounting and multi-entity reporting
- CPA/CA/ACCA or local equivalent (or in progress)
