Location: Cipete, South Jakarta

Working Arrangement: Full WFO, Monday–Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning & budgeting
• Analyze financial performance ⁠to support business decisions
• Manage cash flow, cost control, and profitability optimization
• Monitor and improve financial processes, systems, and controls
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, accounting, tax, etc.)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Min 2 years of experience in finance/accounting as a senior / leader / SPV / manager with strong leadership mindset
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (advanced formulas, modeling).
