We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to join Shiseido Indonesia as a Finance & IT Intern. This role offers hands-on experience in financial analysis, IT system optimization, and procurement process improvement. You will work on projects that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen data accuracy, and support digital transformation initiatives across multiple functions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support enhancement and optimization of CEGID POS and assist in reviewing SAP FI/CO/MM/SD modules for improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to financial projects such as P&L by Door and ROI Calculator, including dashboard development for profitability and productivity insights.
- Assist in developing a Procurement Control Tool for vendor compliance, PO tracking, and quotation comparison.
- Assist in resolving audit outstanding items and historical pending transactions.
- Review and reconcile AP positive balances arising from vendor direct deduction arrangements
- Participate in post-Go-Live reviews for expense claim apps, banking integrations, and e-invoicing systems.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of Finance, IT, and Procurement initiatives
- Develop automated trackers and reports using Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.
- Create dashboards for AP monitoring, Vendor Master Data status, Open PO aging, and audit findings.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual Finance processes and improve reporting efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS
- Final-year students or fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, IT, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI/Tableau is a plus.
- Basic understanding of finance, procurement, or IT concepts.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Willing to commit to a 6-month internship period
