We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to join Shiseido Indonesia as a Finance & IT Intern, starting on 12 January 2026. This role offers hands-on experience in financial analysis, IT system optimization, and procurement process improvement. You will work on projects that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen data accuracy, and support digital transformation initiatives across multiple functions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support enhancement and optimization of CEGID POS and assist in reviewing SAP FI/CO/MM/SD modules for improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to financial projects such as P&L by Door and ROI Calculator, including dashboard development for profitability and productivity insights.
- Assist in developing a Procurement Control Tool for vendor compliance, PO tracking, and quotation comparison.
- Participate in post-Go-Live reviews for expense claim apps, banking integrations, and e-invoicing systems.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of Finance, IT, and Procurement initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
- Final-year students or fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, IT, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI/Tableau is a plus.
- Basic understanding of finance, procurement, or IT concepts.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Willing to commit to a 6-month internship period
