Responsibilities

• Assist in recording and organizing daily financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and expense reports.
• Support the finance team in monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Help prepare simple financial reports, summaries, and reconciliations under supervision.
• Assist in checking the accuracy and completeness of billing, reimbursement, and supporting financial documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect required financial data and documentation.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records in both digital and physical formats.
• Support ad-hoc finance tasks and administrative activities as required by the finance team.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate from Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, tables, and data organization).
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work accurately with numbers.
• Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work under supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
