Requirement :

• Currently pursuing (Finance, Accounting, or related field)
• Basic understanding of financial documents and invoicing processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage documents accurately
• Good communication skills and able to work in a team

Job Description :

• Sort and organize documents according to customer billing requirements
• Scan reimbursement documents for each Bill of Lading and make photocopies as required
• Arrange documents according to the reference numbers approved in the system
• Assist in managing and updating the company's digital records and platforms
• Send invoices to customers accurately and on time
