Finance Division Head

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's financial strategy in alignment with short- and long-term business objectives.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the organization.
• Manage cash flow, capital structure, and funding strategies to ensure liquidity and cost efficiency.
• Conduct financial analysis and performance reviews to support strategic and operational decision making.
• Ensure full compliance with financial regulations and OJK requirements, including statutory reporting and audits.
• Establish and maintain robust risk management and internal control systems.
• Prepare and present accurate, timely, and insightful financial reports to the Board of Directors and senior management.
• Act as a strategic business partner to the Board in evaluating investments, expansions, and other strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, regulators, auditors, and external stakeholders.
• Lead, develop, and strengthen the finance team while driving continuous improvement and organizational change.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Finance, including:
• At least 5 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
• Experience in financial services, multifinance, or banking industries is a strong advantage.
