Finance Director - Telecommunications sector

Our client, a leading company in the telecommunications sector, is seeking an experienced Finance Director to join its leadership team in Jakarta. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving financial performance and partnering with senior stakeholders across the business

We can only consider candidates with prior experience within the telecommunications sector

About the Finance Director opportunity:

• Lead the company's overall finance function, including financial planning & analysis, reporting, treasury, taxation, budgeting, and internal controls
• Partner with the executive leadership team to support strategic decision-making and long-term business planning
• Oversee statutory and management reporting in compliance with local regulations and international standards
• Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, investors, and regulatory bodies
• Mentor and develop the finance team to build a high-performance culture

Skills and experience needed

• Indonesian nationality
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related discipline; professional qualifications such as CPA, CA, or ACCA preferred
• Prior experience working within a listed/public company environment is highly desirable
• Demonstrated exposure to M&A transactions
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
