Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the company's overall Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Financial Planning functions.
- Develop financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support business growth.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with applicable regulations and accounting standards.
- Monitor business performance and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Strengthen internal controls, financial governance, and risk management practices.
- Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team while driving continuous process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, including leadership experience at senior management level.
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Taxation, Budgeting, and Internal Controls.
- Experience within the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in leading finance teams and supporting business growth.
- Strategic mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to be based in Jember, East Java.
