We are currently looking for candidates whom skilled in SQL-Power BI-ERP, whom accustomed in Financial data analysis or finance system implementation, particularly in fintech/financial service industry.
Mandatory Requirements/Criterias
- Has Technical & Analytical Expertise: Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel, Hands-on experiencewith ERP systems, accounting software, or financial automation tools. Knowledge of data visualization and dashboard, tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau,orsimilar).
- Minimum of 5 years experience in financial analysis or finance systems management (managerial or strategic level), in the fintech or financial services industry.
- Education: Bachelor'sDegreein Accounting,Finance,orarelatedfield. Experience:
- Proven ability towork across finance and data functions to produce actionable insights.
- Has Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation abilities.
- Effective communicator who can translate data into business implications.
- High attention to detail and process accuracy.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as the bridge between Finance and Data Analytics, translating complex analytical findings into clear financial insights that support decision-making across corporate and top management levels.
- Analyze financial data and develop dashboards or reports to support management decision-making.
- Perform SQL queries and data processing to ensure accurate and timely financial analysis.
- Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to support ERP and accounting system implementation, enhancements,and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate data workflows, ensuring integrity and compliance with accounting standards.
- Transform analytical findings into actionable financial insights for FinanceCorporate and the Head of Division.
- Present key insights and reports to top management to guide strategic financial planning and operational decisions.
